2. Registration Details

• Registrations must be submitted through the official website landing page.
• All required fields must be accurately filled. Duplicate or incomplete entries may not be considered.
• Entry to the venue is subject to seat availability and may be denied if the venue is at full capacity.

3. Privacy & Consent

• By registering, you grant TVTN the right to use your name, image, voice, and likeness captured during the event for promotional purposes across all TVTN platforms, without any financial compensation.
• You consent to receiving communication related to the event via SMS, email, or phone—even if you are registered under DND (Do Not Disturb).
• All personal data will be handled in accordance with TVTN’s Privacy Policy available on the website.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

• TVTN shall not be held responsible for technical issues, data loss, miscommunication, or delays beyond its control.
• TVTN assumes no liability for any injury, accident, or loss during your participation in the event.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as a natural disaster, strike, pandemic, etc.), TVTN reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without prior notice.

5. General Conditions

• TVTN may revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
